Seasonal Eating - September.

I always feel a sense of nostalgia in the fall. It’s hard to articulate the true depth of what this time of year conjures inside of me. I love the shift in seasons as a frequent reminder that life is a process of engagement, the more we participate, show up, ask questions and strive to evolve, the richer life becomes.
