The number one way I stay in a seasonal rhythm is to vary the foods I eat throughout the year. It forces me to be creative and flexible in the kitchen, in addition to deepening my appreciation for ingredients. A raspberry tastes ten times as delicious when you only eat it during a certain time of the year.
