GREEN SMOOTHIE.


Creamy. Delicious. Fluffy. Jam packed with the best things.

I didn’t bother measuring, everything in the recipe is a rough estimate. I recommend you feel it out as well.

Ingredients:
1 banana
a decent amount of frozen mango
heaping handful of spinach
large spoonful of yogurt (full fat)
1/2 avocado
a couple fat slices of cucumber (optional)
splash of maple syrup
good sprinkling of chia seeds
1 tsp moringa powder
1 tsp chlorella powder
water

Directions:
Pull out your badass, high powered blender. Add banana, mango, spinach, yogurt, avocado, cucumber and maple syrup. Get enough water in there so it will blend, but not so much that it becomes all watery and weird. To do this, start with some water in the bottom, and continue adding water slowly until you achieve the desired consistency, you’re going for smooth and creamy— trust me on this one. Stop blender. Add your powders and potions. Blend it all up, pour into your favorite mug or glass and enjoy!

You can top it with some hemp hearts, goji berries, shredded coconut, or whatever else your heart desires.
