This class is open to all levels. However, your experience will be enhanced if you have a somewhat regular yoga practice, and/or you are familiar with yoga postures and anatomical terminology.
Try to stop eating at least two hours before class begins. Stay well hydrated beforehand and if possible bring a reusable water bottle to class. Arrive at least 10 minutes before class to get situated and have a chance to chat with fellow students before beginning.
Anna Vanuga grew up in Dubois, Wyoming and has spent the past ten years living in various towns throughout the Rocky Mountains. Both her practice and life are intimately intertwined with the spirit of the mountain west. Anna’s philosophy behind her practice is to match her rhythm with the beat of nature, utilizing the breath and movement to connect back with the natural world. Her classes are vibrant, fresh, and lively, the structure of classes changing and morphing with the transitioning seasons and lunar phases. Come prepared for sequences out of the ordinary, a few laughs, and a nourishing, supportive environment.
