Raised in the Wind River Mountains of Wyoming. Currently adventuring through Big Sky Country. Wide open spaces above all else. Laughing, stretching, running, climbing and cooking. Hot tea, warm fires, and a good book. Winter, snowboarding, art, local food and cuddling our sweet dog, Finn. Cold mornings and warm coffee. Bicycles, fall foliage, tall socks, sweaters, vegetables and wildflowers. Cool streams, high alpine lakes, jagged peaks and the sound of wind through aspen trees. Feathers, eagles, wolves, horses, foxes, owls and all the critters between. The sound of rain, sunrises and hand-written letters. Handmade mugs, kombucha, curry, small cabins, wood floors, big windows, and sweeping vistas. People living creatively and intentionally. Dancing enthusiastically.
Based in Southwest Montana, Anna has been a student of yoga for over a decade. Some of her most influential teachers include Meghan Currie, Mathieu Boldron, Annie Au, Anna Martin, and Kendra Potter. Anna is a 500 HR RYT with 50 HR Yin Certification. She has a Bachelor’s of Science in Community Health, along with her Wilderness EMT Certification and is an Honor’s Graduate from the National Outdoor Leadership School. Anna has been passionately studying food and nutrition for the past ten years. She recognizes that health + wellness exists on an individual basis— there is no one size fits all. Anna’s dedication to locally grown produce, seasonal living, and life in the Rocky Mountains plays a dramatic role in her teaching and overall lifestyle.
